A refund from a store arrives on the account of the card you paid with. A subscription is cancelled at the service itself.

Find the service in the history
On the “History” tab each payment shows the store name.

Cancel the subscription at the service
In the subscription or billing settings of the service itself.

Freeze the card if needed
Freezing stops all payments on the card.
See a payment you did not make? Freeze the card right away and write to support.
Common questions
Charged and refunded right away
This is a card check. The line becomes “Canceled”, the operation cost you nothing.
The store does not refund
Write to the store support with the store, amount and date. You can open a dispute through the payment system, a chargeback costs $25.
