What kind of card is it?
A virtual Visa Business debit card in US dollars. It comes from a licensed European issuer and is valid for 3 years from issue. The first digits of a card number are its BIN: they tell stores and the payment network the card's country, type and level. Our card has the BIN of a European Visa Business card.
Is it a prepaid card?
No. It is a Visa Business debit card, like bank cards. Stores and services see it as a regular bank card.
Will payments for Claude and ChatGPT go through?
Yes, Claude and ChatGPT payments go through without issues. If a payment does not go through, we refund the $10 card fee.
Do I need documents?
No. No documents or ID check are needed. The card is issued in a minute.
How much does the card cost?
$10 to issue, once, no monthly fee. Moving money from the wallet to the card costs 7.5%, so $1,000 becomes $925 on the card. Each card payment is $0.25. Purchases not in dollars have a 2.5% conversion fee.
Is there a minimum balance or first deposit?
No. There is no minimum balance and no required first deposit. The card costs $10 once, and the wallet can be topped up from $1.
How do I top up the wallet?
With crypto: USDT on TRC-20, TON, ERC-20 and other networks, plus GRAM (formerly Toncoin), TRX, BTC, ETH, SOL and other coins. The exact list of coins and networks is in the app. Top-ups are free, from $1.
What if a payment does not go through?
We refund the $10 card fee. Message the support bot @OnlyWalletSupport_bot: real people answer, with an AI agent to help. If you were charged but something went wrong with the purchase, you can open a payment dispute (chargeback), it costs $25.
Does the card work with Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes. Add the card to Wallet with its details, the confirmation code arrives in the chat with the bot. Then pay with your phone at contactless terminals in any country and withdraw cash at ATMs with a contactless reader.
Where do 3D Secure codes arrive?
In the chat with @OnlyWallet_bot in Telegram. The code for adding the card to Apple Pay and Google Pay arrives there too.
What are the limits?
Purchases up to $3,000 per month for all cards together, and the limit can be raised. Cash withdrawals up to $1,500 per day and $3,000 per month. Up to 5 cards per account.
