    Any name in Latin letters, your own is fine. The card has no name, so there is nothing to match it with.

  2. Choose the country United States

    A state with no sales tax, Oregon, Delaware, Montana or New Hampshire. The subscription is cheaper and you pay in dollars.

  3. Take a ready-made address in the app

    This article in the app has US addresses. Tap a line to copy it and paste it into the same field of the form. “Another address” shows another address.

  4. Did not go through, use Estonia

    In the same article in the app switch the block to “Estonia” and paste the address from there, country Estonia.
