The app won’t open

Close the wallet and open it again with the button in the chat with the bot. This usually helps.

  1. Close the wallet completely

    Close it, do not just minimize. Refreshing the page is not enough.

  2. Open it with the button in the chat with the bot

    The “Wallet” button to the left of the input field, or “Open wallet” under the bot message.

  3. Update Telegram

    Install the latest version from the app store.

  4. Clear the Telegram cache

    In Telegram settings, in the data and storage section. Your chats stay.

  5. Try another device

    Cards and balance are tied to your Telegram account, so they will be the same there.
