- Card number, expiry date and CVVOn the “Cards” tab tap “Details”. Tap a field to show it, tap again to copy.
- Freezing and securityFreezing stops all payments on the card, the money stays on the account. You can unfreeze at any time.
- Card balance and closingYou cannot close a card in the app, but you can freeze it. The balance stays on this card’s account and does not expire.

- Which name and address to enterAny name in Latin letters works, your own is fine too. Use a US address first, in a state with no sales tax, and if the payment fails, an Estonia address.
- 3D Secure code and passwordThe payment confirmation code arrives in the chat with the bot. If the bank asks where to send it, choose email. The 3D Secure password is in the card details.
- Apple PayAdd the card to Wallet on iPhone and pay with your phone.
- Google PayAdd the card to Google Wallet on Android and pay with your phone.
If something went wrong
- A card payment was declinedThe bot sends the decline reason right away, and nothing is charged on a decline.
- Refunds and cancelling subscriptionsA refund from a store arrives on the account of the card you paid with. A subscription is cancelled at the service itself.
- The app won’t openClose the wallet and open it again with the button in the chat with the bot. This usually helps.
