The top-up has not arrived
The bot writes by itself when the money arrives. If it is not there for a long time, go through the steps below.

Check the history
If the transfer is already credited, the “History” tab shows a deposit line.

Check the status with the sender
The transfer must be completed, not processing.

Check the address and network
The address and network of the transfer must match those in the app. If the amount is below the minimum shown under the address, it will not be credited by itself.

Write to support
Give the coin, network, amount and transfer hash. The hash, also called TxID, is in the transfer details at the sender.
